These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Qinyu Packaging Co., Ltd. governing your access and use of the website http://www.qinyu.shop/ and all product purchase transactions. Please read carefully before placing any orders.
1. Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders on this website. Minors are prohibited from independent consumption.
You agree to provide true and accurate personal information when creating accounts and placing orders, and keep your account password confidential. You are solely responsible for all operations under your account.
It is forbidden to fake identity, fake shipping addresses to place malicious orders or fraud payments. We have the right to cancel orders and block access permanently.
2. Prohibited User Behaviors
You shall not perform the following acts on our website:
Use hacking, crawler programs to steal website data, attack server systems
Copy, reproduce, modify our product pictures, text descriptions, LOGO designs for commercial use without written authorization
Publish abusive, defamatory, illegal and infringing comments and messages on the website
Maliciously use discount codes for bulk arbitrage, frequent malicious returns and chargebacks
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All texts, images, logos, product designs, graphic content on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws owned by Qinyu Packaging Co., Ltd.. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, dissemination is prohibited, and we reserve the right to claim legal compensation.
4. Pricing & Payment Rules
All product prices displayed on the website do not include destination country import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees. All import-related taxes shall be borne by the buyer.
Online displayed prices are retail reference prices; bulk wholesale orders are subject to formal quotation confirmed by email.
We accept PayPal, credit card payment methods. The order is officially confirmed only after successful payment settlement.
Discount activities have fixed validity periods and cannot be combined with other promotions or exchanged for cash.
5. Shipping & Delivery Liability
All delivery times shown on the website are estimated time only. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure including customs inspection, logistics strikes, natural disasters, epidemic control.
Once goods leave our warehouse, the risks of loss, damage during transportation shall be covered by logistics insurance claims. We will assist to provide relevant documents, but we do not advance compensation for customers.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by the buyer or customer refusal to sign for packages, round-trip shipping costs shall be undertaken by the buyer.
6. Limitation of Liability (Core Disclaimer Clause)
Slight color difference and size deviation caused by shooting light and different display screens do not belong to product quality problems.
We shall not be responsible for any indirect losses including lost profits, business interruption losses caused by product use or website downtime.
Our maximum compensation liability for any single order shall not exceed the actual payment amount of this order.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your website access without prior notice if you violate these Terms, commit fraudulent transactions, malicious chargebacks and infringement behaviors.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from transactions shall be negotiated first; if negotiation fails, litigation shall be submitted to the people’s court where our company address is located.
