2.What is the MOQ for custom orders?

Low MOQ for printing logos on stock bags. Custom new styles have different MOQ, more quantity better price.

3.Can you send samples?

Free stock samples (buyer pays shipping). Custom samples need a small sampling fee, which will be refunded for bulk orders.

4.Can I use my own design?

Absolutely. Please provide high-definition files in AI, PNG or PDF format.

5.What other customizations are available?

We can change fabric color, drawstring color, bag style, add reflective strips or extra pockets.

6.How long for sample making and mass production?

Sample takes 2-4 working days. Small bulk orders take 3-7 days. We will confirm production time for large orders in advance.

7-15 working days by standard line, 3-7 days by express, 15-30 days by regular post.

Import duties and taxes are borne by the buyer, please check local customs rules before ordering.

4.What if I receive defective products?

Please contact us with photos/videos within 48 hours. We will resend goods for free or arrange refund.
